Title IX information: Title IX is a critical federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex (including sexual harassment) in our schools - 34.C.F.R. § 106.31 et al. It protects male and female students and employees in any educational entity that receives federal funds. In addition, Title IX protects transgender students and students who do not confirm to sex stereotypes.
