KHS Ag Presentation for 8th grade.

What do our presentations normally look like? We typically bring a slideshow presentation about the areas of our program and classes available. We would need internet, computer/projector access. Then we break the students into facilitation groups. Each of the groups will participate in some sort of hands-on activity that is connected to our department. In the past we've done different stations such as welding, wood branding, making flower pens, ag facts challenge, making butter, team building games etc. Every year is different and this year's stations have not been decided, these are simply examples.  We would love to talk more with you about this opportunity for your incoming students. If February 28th can work for your site, please let me know and we will work out a schedule to get you an exact time slot. Should you have any questions, I'm happy to help.

Title IX information: Title IX is a critical federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex (including sexual harassment) in our schools - 34.C.F.R. § 106.31 et al.
